The Essential Chocolate Fountain Rental Packages
We operate from our Head Office in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This allows us to hire our Essential Chocolate Fountains anywhere in the following areas: North East – Northumberland, Durham, East Riding of Yorkshire. Yorkshire - North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire. North West – Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester . North Wales – Conwy, Wrexham, Flintshire, Gwynedd. Midlands – West Midlands, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire and will travel further (extra costs will apply).
We believe a chocolate fountain is the Essential Element to any event or function type, so to keep it simple we offer 2 main rental packages to cater for all requirements:
The Celebration Package
Our celebration package has been put together to ensure that you always receive the best in presentation and service standards, whether you have 50 or 500 guests! We simply cater the supply of chocolate and dips to your numbers, not compromising the presentation and service you receive.

- Decoration of the chocolate fountain unique to you and your colour scheme at no extra cost
- Designer presentation glassware

Our Basic Hire Prices
Events with upto 150 guests - £395 (a distance charge may also apply)
Events with upto 200 guests - £445 (a distance charge may also apply)

Delicious Dips
It’s up to you! – choose any combination of 5 delicious dips as part of your all-inclusive rental package from our extensive list (please note some dips may be subject to seasonal availability/quality control issues and we therefore cannot guarantee we will provide what was ordered, but we do 99.99% of the time).
Strawberries, marshmallows, mini doughnuts, profiteroles, kiwi fruit, grapes, fudge, nougat, orange segments, Turkish delight, pineapple (if you have any specific dip requests please ask).

The Corporate Package

Our corporate package pricing has been structured to cater for everything from exhibitions and small events to grand functions and conferences, ensuring each receives the same professional service standards. The price is simply a scale catered to your numbers.

Dry Hire Package
Our dry hire package is mainly for caterers and hotels who are confident in the setting up, running, dismantling and cleaning of the chocolate fountain for their own functions. It’s a helpful service we offer so that catering companies and venues can still meet the needs of their clients, without the financial commitment of purchasing a chocolate fountain.
Our dry hire package consists of:
- Large chocolate fountain
- Illuminated base surround
- 10kg of the finest Belgian chocolate (milk, dark or white)
- Supply of skewers

Children’s Party Hire Package
Please feel free to view the short video below to see the true quality of these small but professional fountains.
As well as our huge catering Chocolate Fountains we own and hire out professional mini chocolate fountains. These are ideal if you have a smaller gathering or you do not require a fountain attendant. These are not the cheap, small, home/party chocolate fountains you may have seen advertised; these are manufactured by Sephra, the professional catering fountain manufacturer. They are 19" high and have three tiers.
Please note that this is a DIY service. You will have to collect, operate, clean and return the fountain yourself from Netherton, Wakefield - full post code details will be provided when booking.
Do not confuse these professional fountains with cheap imitations: You get what you pay for. Many small chocolate fountains are very small and do not look anything like as good as these fountains do when the chocolate gets flowing. Some are also very difficult to operate correctly, they only hold a small amount of chocolate and the chocolate is expensive and difficult to obtain; you may be disappointed. Why waste your money on something you will probably only use once (through disappointment) and then leave in your cupboard. You will be better off and will certainly impress your guests more by renting one of these mini chocolate fountains.

The above package is available from £75 for a full 24hrs rental (You will need to collect, clean and return the fountain yourself and sign our Terms & Conditions).
These fountains are superb for hen parties, children's parties, dinner parties, a christening or any other special occasion. If you run a home shopping business, or you are having a product launch, they are a great idea for enticing your guests to come. They are also a great idea for Valentine's day. Whatever your excuse, rent one of our mini fountains and you'll have a great time.
Payment Options
On booking we require a £100 non refundable deposit and the balance to paid and cleared 14 days in advance of your event, however in practice many clients pay the whole amount at the time of the booking - it's just one less thing to worry about!
There are two ways to pay. We are happy to accept cheques made payable to LTA Leisure Ltd, or you can transfer payment directly into our business account (full details available on request).
NB. Any bookings taken for any further than 18 months in advance will pay the current rate but a 50% deposit will be required on booking.
Terms of Hire
Please note that we will issue conditions of hire as part of the booking process for all bookings.
This is not just for our protection – but yours as well and sets out what the terms are and what is expected.
